Morphadoc is a document conversion platform currently undergoing market validation. We provide a "concierge" service where PDF-to-Spreadsheet conversions are performed manually by our team to ensure the highest possible accuracy for our users.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By uploading a document, you acknowledge that this is an early-stage service and agree to the manual processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. User Obligations
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and process the documents you submit. Morphadoc reserves the right to refuse the processing of any documents that appear to contain sensitive personal identity records, illegal content, or malicious code.
4. No Guarantees & Liability
While we strive for perfect accuracy in our manual conversion process, the service is provided "as is." Morphadoc shall not be liable for any data errors, delivery delays, or any outcomes resulting from the use of the converted data.
5. Communication
By providing your email, you agree to receive the converted file and a follow-up message regarding your experience, which helps us improve the tool. You can opt-out of any future communications at any time.
6. Service Evolution
As we are in a validation phase, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time as we transition from manual to automated processing.
