At Morphadoc, we are committed to transparency and protecting your privacy while we build and validate our product. This policy outlines how we handle your data during our current MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase.

We collect the PDF documents you upload and the email address you provide. This information is collected solely to perform the requested manual conversion and to communicate the results back to you.
2. Purpose of Data Collection (Product Validation)
Morphadoc is currently in a validation phase. We process files manually to better understand formatting challenges and to improve our future automated algorithms. Your data helps us build a more robust product.
3. Manual Processing & Confidentiality
All files are handled personally by our founding team. We do not use automated third-party scrapers that store your data, and we never sell or share your information with outside parties.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
To ensure maximum security, all uploaded PDF files and converted Spreadsheets documents are permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after the conversion is delivered.
5. Security
All data is transmitted via secure SSL (HTTPS) encryption. We take reasonable technical measures to ensure that your documents remain confidential during the brief period they are stored on our server.
